Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (Pakistan-wide):

Express Shipping (Major Cities):
- Delivery within 1-2 business days
- Tracking number provided
- Additional charges apply
Local Delivery (Swat Area):
- Delivery within 24 hours
- Direct delivery by our team

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. A nominal fee may apply for COD orders. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive:

7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, the courier will:
- Make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Contact you via phone
- Hold the package at the nearest facility for pickup
7.2 Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
