At Tech Town Swat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
- Clearance items
- Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at returns@techtownswat.com to request a return
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided

4. Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs
- If the return is for personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@techtownswat.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:
